Online Lead Generation – Never Run Out of Warm Market

When you are using online lead generation tactics are you ever working with your warm market or just your cold market?

When I first started my home business I did everything offline and was told that warm market was the people you know already, cold marketing was the people you had never met before. Kind of makes perfect sense right?

So I was always working my warm market with little success, cold market was something that scared the life out of me.

However, as I have gained more experience with network marketing I have made a discovery that took me a long time to figure out.

I am going to tell you right now that if you are building your business in the right way you will never be dealing with cold marketing ever again. In fact you will only ever be working within your warm market.

Network marketing is not a business about recruiting and selling products, it’s about building relationships with people. We are not in the selling business but in the connecting business, the making new friends business and working together business. We are also in the marketing business so we don’t want sales people.

It is so difficult to try and build a business in a cold market. Nobody knows who you are or what you are selling and they don’t really care.

So how do you get to a point where you never run out of your warm marketing people?

The answer is simple, by being attractive to people.

And know I don’t mean by standing in front of a mirror trying to look your sexiest best! I mean by providing value and building relationships.

The reason why so many people fail in network marketing is because they are operating in their cold marketing. They are so busy getting as many links out to their business opportunity that they are wasting time and missing the opportunity to build real relationships.

If they just stop and take the time to get to know people, that cold market can very quickly turn into a warm market and start producing results.

There are simple things you can do to start building relationships like commenting on updates, commenting on blog posts, sharing their content or simply sending them a message and asking them how they are doing.

The key thing to remember is to build that relationship and turn something that is cold into something that is warm or even hot!
